Rates
$130.00 per 50 minutes.
Some circumstances may allow for a discounted rate.
Insurance
I am currently in network for the following insurnces:
- Aetna
- Medicaid
I will give super bills for possible insurance reimbursement. Please check your individual plans for deductibles and for out of network reimbursement rates.
Payment
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session. I will make special exceptions for medical crisis on a case by case basis.
